Knows quite well the world of enterprise, having been employed from 1991 to 1994 as in-house counsel in a firm of financial analysis specialized in bankruptcy proceedings, buying and selling companies, audit, drafting the acts hereafter implied. Honorary Member of “Association Française des Juristes d‘Entreprise” AFJE-French Lawyers In-House Counsels Association for this reason.

Familiar with problems of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY as I was intern member of the working group of the INTERNATIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (ICC) working on the questions of arbitration. Stage-internship at the COUR D’ARBITRAGE (Arbitration Court) authorized to attend hearings.

Intervened essentially for clients such as groups of companies and “PME”(small and medium sized companies) in the field of industry(Lyon notably, Midi, Bretagne), services, informatics, food-stuff and real estate.

In charge of files concerning :

- Legal-financial montages(combined operations) and financial engineering
- Banking guaranties(pledges,warranties) and constitution of files in order to finance operations with banks
- Restructuration, streamlining, downsizing of companies, consolidation plans, rescheduling of loans
- Bankruptcy proceedings
